Baljeet Kaur is a Canadian-licensed Registered Nurse and the lead instructor at Jeet Nursing Prep Centre. With over a decade of combined clinical and academic experience, she has become a trusted name in preparing internationally educated nurses (IENs) for licensing success across Canada, the United States, and Australia.

Baljeet holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has worked extensively in various healthcare environments, including acute care hospitals, long-term care homes, and various other health facilities throughout Canada. Her dynamic clinical experience allows her to bring real-world knowledge into the classroom, making learning both relevant and impactful.

Her true passion lies in nursing education. For years, Baljeet has guided aspiring nurses—including those preparing for NCLEX-RN, CPNRE, REx-PN, and NCLEX-PN—through rigorous exam preparation, clinical reasoning development, and confidence-building strategies. She is especially committed to empowering internationally educated nurses to overcome licensure barriers and achieve professional success abroad.

Baljeet is widely admired for her approachable teaching style, humility, and unwavering support for her students. She fosters a positive, stress-free learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, challenge themselves, and grow. Her former students consistently describe her as a mentor who not only teaches, but inspires.

Throughout her academic journey, Baljeet earned top academic honors and was recognized as the college topper during all four years of her BScN program in India. Her dedication to lifelong learning and excellence in nursing has led her to conduct workshops, webinars, and seminars across India on topics such as nursing licensure pathways, exam strategies, and clinical competency for IENs.
